The information we collect is what you voluntarily provide to us in the clinic, on the website and by the telephone. This includes your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email address.
When you attend you will also be required to supply a range of data including your GP details and your medical conditions. If you are under 16 years of age we will require your parent or guardian consent to provide us with these details.

- To correspond with your GP or relevant medical professionals with your consent
- Inform you of changes to our services
- Send you communications by email or post or SMS that you agree to such as reminders or reviews of appointments with your consent
We are legally required to store your medical records for 8 years or until 25 years old. Whichever is sooner. These records must be stored securely.

It is necessary that all the information we hold on you is up to date. If you change name, address or telephone numbers please ensure you inform us.
You have every right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
We take security of your information very seriously by following strict confidentiality policies and procedures. This includes protection and secure storage of your treatment records which are kept in locked cabinets and destroyed after eight years (from your last treatment).
